Building Permit – Update / Revision

Issuing a building permit requires specialized knowledge, consistency, proper planning, and constant updating. Small scale building works approval

Interior fitting, façade repair, roof reconstruction, or the installation of external thermal insulation are some of the works that do not require a Building Permit but a Small Scale Building Works Approval. It is a simplified version of a Building Permit, less time-consuming, but requires equally specialized designs, supervision, and proper planning. We can review the work you want to carry out, prepare the necessary designs and issue the approval required immediately.

Building demolition permit / Works execution approval

For the demolition of buildings, issuing a Building Demolition Permit – or a Works Execution Approval, if it concerns arbitrary or dangerous structures – is necessary. By drawing up the required designs and taking all the necessary safety measures, we undertake the process of issuing the permit and managing the waste that will result from the demolition.

Operating permits

A large number of new businesses require an Operating Permit to be issued before their opening. We can collect and prepare all the necessary plans, certificates, and other supporting documents required on a case-by-case basis to provide you with the complete file for your new business.
