Arbitrary law
A fairly large part of the built environment has been constructed arbitrarily or in derogation of its building permit. This fact stands in the way of sales, transfers, and other real estate procedures. The Arbitrary Law allows unauthorized constructions implemented before July 28, 2011, to be regulated or even legalized. Having at our disposal all the necessary technical tools and years of experience, we take care of all the procedures for compliance with the law – from the initial inspection to the accurate survey to arrange your property’s status.
Legalization licenses
For a large number of arbitrary buildings, it is possible to issue a Building Permit for Legalisation. Large fines can be avoided if the building meets the requirements of the Building Code and the New Building Code. We can prepare all the necessary designs and surveys to issue a Building Permit.
