New building
To construct a new building, approvals from various departments must be obtained – the final one being from the planning office, which will approve the Building Permit. Organizing a construction site requires experience and cooperation with both the crews and the owner of the new building to:
- implement the designs,
- carry out the work in accordance with the required specifications,
- adhere to the time schedule without delays due to deadlines and delays,
- adhere to the project’s budget, and
- deliver the work in good condition and meet the owner’s needs.
Renovation
The renovation of a building – depending on its extent – can be simple or very complex. It usually involves the renovation of a house’s kitchen and/or bathroom, the waterproofing of the roof and/or walls or the pilotis space, and the repainting. Various building failures, such as damage to concrete, moisture, or thermal bridges, are often addressed. Before specifying and implementing the repairs, the damages’ status must be properly diagnosed.
Structural reinforcement
It regards upgrading a structure to current safety standards against vulnerability. This can be done either because the damage has occurred to the structural frame and simple repair is not sufficient or because of a change of use of the building or an addition or change is to be made to it. To carry out a structural reinforcement, both an adequacy and a strengthening design must be carried out. Structural reinforcement can be carried out in a number of ways. It depends on the form of the damage, the available means, the structure’s construction method, and of course, the available budget and safety standards for the end user.
Demolition
We demolish a structure because it has completed its mission, is arbitrary or is dangerous. The concern for demolition starts with health and safety rules. The products of demolition are now given to recycling.
